This special shape brick is mainly made of mullite and used in kiln car bases. Characterized as lower thermal expansion and high thermal shock resistance.
It is a replacement of the normal insulating bricks that do not need mortar for brickwork. Two bricks can be locked together which is easy to operate and prolongs the service life of the kiln car.
1. High-temperature resistance
2. Good thermal shock resistance
3. Lower thermal conductivity
4. Good corrosion resistance
5. No need mortar to brickwork
Mainly used for kiln car bases in refractories.
