New Energy

Kiln Furniture for Lithium-ion Battery

New Energy generally refers to alternative or renewable sources of energy that are considered more sustainable and environmentally friendly than traditional fossil fuels.

New energy sources include: Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Hydropowder, Biomass Energy, Ocean Energy, Geothermal heat etc. Lithium-ion batteries have been broadly used in new energy. LiCoO2 cathode materials are mainly produced by solid-state sintering reactions in roller kiln at approximately 1000-1200℃.

Cordierite-mullite saggers are mainly used in the production of LiCoO2 cathode materials because of their low cost, low thermal expansion coefficient, and considerable high-temperature mechanical properties.

Size of 320X320mm or 330X330mm are the most commonly used.
